Spend wisely.

This was sent to me today from a very good friend I liked it and wanted to share, it's not my creation and I can't credit who ever created it. I hope they don't mind me spreading the inspiration

Imagine that you had won the following prize in a contest:  Each morning your bank would deposit £86,400.00 in your  private account for your use.

However, this prize has rules, just as  any game has certain rules.

The first set of rules would be:

Everything that you didn't spend during each day would be taken away from you.       You may not simply transfer money into some other account.       You may only spend it.

Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another
£86,400.00 for that day.

The  second set of rules:

The bank can end the game without warning; at any time  it can say, Its over, the game is over!  It can  close
the account and you will not receive a new one.

What would you personally do?
You would buy anything and everything you wanted right?  Not only for yourself, but for all people you love, right?  Even for people you don't know, because you couldn't  possibly spend it all on yourself, right?  You would try to spend every cent, and use it all, right?

ACTUALLY This  GAME is  REALITY!

Each of us is in possession of such a magical  bank. We just can't seem to see it.

The MAGICAL BANK is  TIME!

Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is  NOT credited to us.

What we haven't lived up that day is forever  lost.

Yesterday is forever gone.

Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank  can dissolve your account at any time....WITHOUT  WARNING.

SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400  seconds?

Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in
pounds.

Think about that, and always think of this:

Enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you  think.

So take care of yourself, be Happy, Love Deeply and enjoy life!

Here's wishing you a wonderful and beautiful day.

Start spending.

OLW35, Yellow?

High time I joined Susan over at Simplicity for the OLW35 challenge, it's been a while and I really enjoy these challenges............................................

 OLW35 Rules

1. A one-layer card is defined as a single piece of cardstock folded in half.

2. Use the color yellow on a card. You may certainly use other colors as well, but the dominant color must be yellow. Remember to keep embellishments to a minimum.

My card today has just 2 stamps
Sentiment is SU Sincere Salutations
Brilliance Archival, brilliant yellow ink, not a good colour with my new background!

It's really late I've a busy day tomorrow, sleep well people:0)

Masculine, here I come.....again:0)

Lets face it everyone, I really struggle when it comes to cards for men, I've said it before and guess I'll be mentioning it again before the year's out. So I've gone headlong into black, it's supposed to be quite masculine, isn't it?

This is for my son's birthday and I think I quite like it. The black shiny material was a padded bag that I got in the post and loved the texture and gloss, since I photographed it I have run around the shape with black pen  as the edge was a little ragged. Random stamping on the background is truly random because I feel sometimes it can look contrived with a large stamp like this one. No embellishments, no fuss, I'll let you know how it goes down:0)

Edited;
Yes! he said he liked it, success!

The stamp is Stampin up Engraved Greetings, stamped onto Papermania recycled card.
Embossed and cut out using a Spellbinders Label Die number 4

Just noticed it's snowing ATM, nooooo mad, mad, mad, go away white stuff.
Have a lovely day everyone :0) xxx

Last Christmas card of 2010

Hi there just wanted to share my last minute make from Christmas Eve

This Christmas was strange for me, waking up with no one else to worry about except us, hubby and me. We met up with the rest of the family but the morning was a bit of a challenge. I should add here it was a lovely Christmas made even better because I didn't have to cook, YaY!!

Anyway I am usually pretty organised when it comes to present buying and decorations putting up but not this year. I've never been so laid back about it all, hence my last minute card............. The inspiration came when I visited Mina's blog
A very inspiring lady, pop over if you haven't already, wondrous crafting to see:0)
